I am a Consultant ENT and Head–Neck Surgeon with NHS practices at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital and Bedford Hospital under the Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Additionally, I provide private consultations at The Cobham Clinic in Luton and Spire Harpenden Hospital.
I am registered on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council (UK) and have trained at leading institutions in both the UK and India. I was awarded a national Gold Medal for achieving the highest distinction in ENT training in India. My expertise was further honed through advanced fellowship training in Head-Neck and Thyroid surgery, as well as Otology (ear surgery), in the UK.
Throughout my career, I have received numerous academic and professional accolades, including the distinction of being a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, a Fellow of the European Board of Otolaryngology, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
I bring extensive experience in managing a wide range of ENT conditions and performing surgeries for both adults and children. My areas of expertise include procedures involving the tonsils, adenoids, sinuses, ears, larynx (voice/airway), salivary glands, thyroid, parathyroid, and head-neck regions.
My special interests focus on Head-Neck and Thyroid Cancer and ear surgery. I specialize in managing neck lumps, throat cancer, thyroid and parathyroid surgeries, salivary gland surgery, voice-related disorders, and hearing loss/ear surgeries. As a core member of the regional Head and Neck Cancer and Thyroid Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Teams, I am committed to delivering comprehensive care in these complex areas.
I serve as the Chair of the Head and Neck Cancer and Thyroid Cancer Multi-Disciplinary Teams, where I lead a collaborative group of specialists dedicated to delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. In this role, I oversee the diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of complex cancer cases, ensuring the highest standards of care and optimal outcomes for patients.
